Oh ya.. I was Readin A email Few days Ago n It's bout having A cup of warm water after each meal.. Be it coffee tea or emm hmm.. ME<I 'm jus kiddinG>? Well i think all helps in disgestion.. As hot water has a abilties to help wash away all e oil u intake after each meal preventing it to become solid n as time goes by, fats.. and then Heart attack...
No wonder Daddy last time didnt allow mi to have cold water each time after meal.. All e advice he give was some how regreted by mi now.. Well I gonna Learn to Eat healthy n live life to it fullest now.. Hopefully it's still Not too laTe..

Met shi n nana last night , some how was pretty tone down e 3 of us.. maybe cos it was late @ night n that nana is pretty tired after a day work. I wonder why she keep smiling @ mi when she see mi.. Hmm.. sunday was a pretty normal day for me.. slack all e way till night.. Cook dinner for e family.. nap after dinner.. all thanks to Jenn n Jenny cos with them ard.. i nv had a chance to watch tv.. anyway Sunday also not much show to watch.. Online even worse.. MSN is makin mi super bored nowadays.. maybe cos i spend to much time @ work.. Talkin bout work.. 5 More days of 'enjoyament' before i go for my 2 week holiday.. Hmm anyway adelyn offer mi to continue workin for e hoiliday.. but i think i got enough things for mi to do @ home.. @ least spend most time catchin up with lina n gang..
